Southwest Airlines brought me in to build a design team and embed human-centered design principles within their growing Artificial Intelligence and Data Transformation organization. I led efforts to design AI tools that optimize critical flight operations and developed human-in-the-loop solutions to enhance one of the industry’s leading customer service organizations.
