Autonomous fleet management

FedEx Office was looking to rollout a fleet of autonomous delivery robots and brought my team in to design a brand new fleet management experience. As experience director I lead a research and design team that worked to create an intuitive and efficient system that allowed agents to manage a national fleet and also able to drill in and control routes at the individual bot level.

Automotive digital retailing

Cox Automotive and Autotrader were looking to improve the experience of their digital retailing channels while increasing the overall lead conversion and lead quality of their platforms. I headed up a full stack team of researchers, designers, and developers brought in to understand current customer needs.

Dynamic & empathetic customer service

Capital One’s customer service agents needed to be able to be financial detectives and empathetic financial counselors all on the same call, we designed a system that would automate repetitive tasks, expose powerful research tools, and even suggest material to make chit chat easier.

Helping travelers find their beach

CheapCaribbean, a leading platform for booking Caribbean vacations, needed a fresh and responsive design that would align with their new brand identity while simplifying their booking and checkout process. 
We delivered an experience that helped even novice travelers find the perfect beach getaway for whatever their budget.

Transforming financial service

Helping Fiserv deliver a leap forward in the customer and employee experience for banks and credit unions through ethnographic research, service design, and data while also modernizing the way the Fortune 500 financial services company delivers software.
