During a multiyear engagement, as UX director and product lead I worked with Fiserv on several products within their Online Banking and Account Processing Solutions groups. Our team was able to spend time inside users’ homes and inside bank branches to truly understand their entire financial journey and use those insights and other research to help guide Fiserv on future product direction and inform multiple successful product designs and launches.
